Given the unique personalization of our products, our returns policy is designed to provide the greatest possible support respecting the peculiarities of custom orders.
Personalized Products
Each RADAR PADEL garment is tailor-made, with detailed specifications that make it unique to the customer who commissioned it. Because these products are inherently personal, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for second thoughts or changes in preferences. We take full responsibility for any production errors or product defects that do not reflect the customer's requests.
Production Error or Product Defects
If you identify a production error or a material defect in your personalized product:
- Report it to us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Describe the problem accurately and send us images documenting the defect.
- We will proceed with a careful verification and, if the defect is confirmed, we will arrange for the product replacement without further charges, or, if replacement is not feasible, we will proceed with a full refund.
RETURNS
Should it be necessary to return a product to obtain a replacement or refund (as per the policies above):
- We will provide you with all the necessary instructions for returning the product.
- The product must be returned in the same conditions as when it was received, not used and with the original labels attached.
- You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Return Limitations
- Spelling, design, or customization errors entered by the customer do not fall under our warranty and therefore are not valid for returns or refunds.
- Minor color variations from what appeared on the 3D configurator are not considered defects, due to differences in display devices.
- Orders cannot be canceled once the production process has started.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 working days from the ascertainment of the defect and will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase. In the case of payments made by bank transfer, we will request bank details to proceed with the refund.

- Wash at 30°C (86°F): Use a gentle cycle with cold water at 30°C (86°F) in your washing machine. This temperature is ideal for protecting the polyester fibers and the sublimated designs.
- Use Mild Detergent: Choose a mild, non-abrasive detergent. Avoid using bleach and fabric softeners, as they can degrade the fabric and affect the sublimated prints.
- Turn Inside Out: Before washing, turn the shirt inside out to protect the sublimated designs and minimize abrasion.
- Air Dry Preferred: It's best to air dry the shirt by laying it flat or hanging it up. Avoid using a tumble dryer, but if necessary, use a low heat setting. High heat can shrink or damage the polyester fabric.
- Do Not Iron: Ironing is not recommended for these shirts. If necessary, use a very low heat setting and place a protective cloth between the iron and the garment.
